Why We Built This Site
New Mexico court access is organized by court and record type, rather than by one universal county clerk. The Clerk of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court is the District Court file custodian in Valencia County. The Belen and Los Lunas Magistrate clerks maintain their own limited-jurisdiction files, and municipal clerks maintain city ordinance and traffic files. New Mexico Case Lookup can identify eligible public docket summaries and registers of action, but it does not supply every filed document. This resource brings those official pathways together for a clearer starting point.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource. It has no connection to any New Mexico court, court clerk, or state agency. Its limits include:

- It cannot remove, seal, or amend a court case
- It cannot issue a certified docket, order, or other court document
- It cannot provide legal advice about an individual matter
- It cannot guarantee that an office detail, fee, or setting remains current
Only the clerk or court that maintains a Valencia County case may issue an official or certified copy. New Mexico Case Lookup is a locator for eligible public registers, not a replacement for the court-issued record.
